This reel is a stepped up version of the Scotton Bottom 1925 pattern. The spool is constructed with larger diameter line pillars for use with the modern braided lines. The reel is fitted with a high foot bracket and the foot is made to suit the Fugi reel seats. The reel is fitted with a brass button 'V' check mechanism including larger gear and stronger spring. The reel is finished in black anodize, with tortoise shell handles with brass and solid nickel silver fittings.
